Please register by May 2, 2012. Your faxed registration form by this deadline will guarantee the lower price. Payment must be received by the first day of the conference. Cancellation Policy: Registration fees, less a $50 administration charge, are refundable only if written notification is received by Wednesday, May 2. No refunds will be made after May 2, 2012 however substitutions may be made without financial penalty.
